We don't arm your direct competitor with the same AI-answer system in your protected market — your AI-answer claim shouldn't be shared with the shop across the street. For active Managed Sidecar clients, we offer category + territory protection: while your agreement is active and paid, we won't build or manage the same system for a direct competitor in your protected category and local market.
Protection is set in writing per plan and applies to active Managed Sidecar clients only — not free scans, the $79 diagnostic report, or one-time builds. It isn't exclusive control of AI answers or a promise you'll be the only business AI mentions.
